As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we would be happy to replace the arrangement. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours. You will need to bring the arrangement into our shop to exchange it for a new one.
